Get Free Counselling TodayEvery point below is a practice we follow every day — not just a claim on a brochure.
Before we recommend a single university, our counsellors personally travel there. We inspect the hostels, canteens, hospital affiliations, labs, and lecture halls. We meet the faculty, talk to Indian students already studying there, and verify the infrastructure firsthand. We only partner with what we'd genuinely recommend to our own children. No exceptions.
Every university on our recommended list is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS), and WHO-recognised. We actively monitor regulatory changes and will immediately alert you if a university's recognition status changes. Your degree's validity in India is non-negotiable for us.
From the very first counselling session, we give you a complete written breakdown: university tuition fees, hostel costs, visa charges, flight estimates, and our service fee. Every rupee is accounted for upfront. Unlike many agents who quote low to attract students and add charges later, what New Wave quotes is what you pay — in writing.
Our counsellors are salaried professionals — not agents on commission. This means we recommend the university that's right for YOUR profile, budget, and career goals — not the one that pays us the most. If a particular country doesn't suit you, we'll tell you honestly. We've turned away students when no option was right for them, rather than put them in the wrong place.
We handle the full journey: university application, admission letter, document attestation, visa application, pre-departure briefing, airport pickup coordination, hostel registration, and university enrollment. After arrival, we remain your point of contact for re-registration, annual fee payments, and any challenges that arise during your 5–6 year MBBS program.
Founded in 2013, we have over a decade of specialisation in MBBS abroad admissions. We've seen regulatory changes, university shifts, and industry trends — and navigated them all for our students. Our experience means we can anticipate problems before they arise and guide you with the confidence of a consultancy that has genuinely done this hundreds of times before.
Getting admitted is step one. Practicing medicine in India requires clearing the FMGE/NEXT examination. We partner with coaching institutes and provide our students with syllabus guidance, question bank resources, and exam strategies throughout their MBBS — not just in the final year. Our students consistently outperform national averages in FMGE pass rates.
When you join New Wave, you join a community of 1000+ students and alumni across 5 countries. We run WhatsApp groups, senior-junior mentoring, and country-specific orientation sessions. Students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who already study in your destination university will connect with you before you even land — so you're never alone in a new country.
Judge us against the rest — here's how we compare on the things that matter most.

"I had consulted three other agencies before New Wave. All of them gave me different fees for the same university. New Wave gave me a written breakdown on day one — and the final amount matched exactly. That honesty alone is why I recommend them to every junior."
"My counsellor at New Wave told me honestly that one of the universities I had in mind wasn't a great fit for my NEET score. He could have taken my money anyway. Instead he suggested a better option. That kind of integrity is rare. My parents were so relieved."
"Even two years after joining, when I had an issue with my hostel and university registration, I messaged the New Wave team at 11pm. They responded and had it sorted the next morning. I've never felt abandoned. They genuinely care about what happens to us."
Straight answers to the questions every family asks us.
Yes. As per the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines issued in 2021, all Indian students seeking admission to foreign medical universities must qualify NEET. There is no exception — regardless of the country you're applying to. New Wave only works with universities that comply fully with NMC's foreign medical graduate regulations.
We share the official NMC recognition document, WDOMS listing link, and WHO directory listing for every university during your counselling session. You can verify these independently on nmc.org.in and wdoms.org. We encourage you to do so — and we'll help you navigate those websites if needed.
The total cost varies by destination and university. As a general range: Kyrgyzstan is ₹20–30 Lakhs total; Georgia is ₹30–50 Lakhs; Philippines is ₹35–55 Lakhs; Uzbekistan is ₹20–35 Lakhs. These are all-inclusive estimates covering tuition, hostel, food, visa and travel. We'll give you a precise, written breakdown in your free counselling session.
Yes. Most nationalised banks — including SBI, Bank of Baroda, and Canara Bank — offer education loans for MBBS abroad at NMC-recognised universities. New Wave assists students with loan documentation including the university admission letter, fee structure, and the required forms. We can connect you with a banking partner for faster processing.
New Wave maintains an active WhatsApp support channel for all enrolled students. For urgent matters, our team is reachable directly. We also have local coordinators and trusted contacts at each partner university location who can assist with on-ground issues including accommodation problems, university disputes, and emergency situations.
From application submission to departure typically takes 6–10 weeks. Admission letters are usually issued within 2–3 weeks, visa processing takes 3–5 weeks depending on the country. We recommend beginning the process at least 2–3 months before your target intake date. Most universities have September and February intakes.
A 30-minute conversation with our counsellors can answer everything. And it's completely free.
